JOHN A. PORCO
John A. Porco, Senior Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the area of Real Estate and Banking Law. Mr. Porco has practiced law in Putnam County for over 35 years and serves as counsel to a number of banking institutions and commercial developers. He attended Fordham University where he received his B.S.S. in 1959 and his J.D. in 1962. Mr. Porco is admitted to practice in New York. Mr. Porco has served as Assistant District Attorney (1966-1973); Putnam County Attorney (1978-1979); Town Attorney, Town of Kent (1964-1974; 1979-1984); and Special Counsel, Town of Kent (1984-1989). He is a member of the Putnam County and New York State Bar Associations, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and New York State Defender's Association.

DAVID E. DANIELS
David E. Daniels, Managing Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Health Law, Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Elder Law and Estate Administration. He serves as counsel to numerous hospitals, physicians, other business entities and individuals. Mr. Daniels' varied experience as hospital in-house counsel and private practitioner has given him a practical, results-oriented perspective towards the practice of law. He is an active member of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, including service as Chair of its Committee on Legislation. Mr. Daniels is a member of the American Health Lawyer Association (“AHLA”) and frequently lectures on health law issues. He serves as a dispute resolver for AHLA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service and is also a Judge for the Town of Pawling, New York. Mr. Daniels graduated from Dartmouth College in 1979 with an A.B. with distinction in economics and from Boston College Law School in 1982 with a J.D., cum laude. IAN S. MACDONALD
Ian S. MacDonald, a Partner with the firm, practices in the areas of Municipal Law, Litigation, Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, Tax Certiorari, Real Estate and Criminal Law. Ian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Iona College in 1990 and with a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1999. CHARLES E. STEWART III ("TERRY")
Charles E. Stewart III ("Terry"), Of Counsel to the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Municipal Law, Land Use and Zoning, Small Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Guardianships. Mr. Stewart is the Town Attorney for the Town of Pawling, New York from 1986 to date. He does a significant amount of real estate work and is a Certified Distressed Propert Expert ("CDPE"). He was a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee from 1996 to 2000 and was a small claims tax hearing officer from 1989 to 1997 handling tax assessment claims. Mr. Stewart graduated from Grove City College with a BA in 1968 and received his master's degree from Western Connecticut University in 1974. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1981. He is a member of the New York State, Putnam and Dutchess County Bar Associations. Mr. Stewart was the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Dutchess Community College and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Trinity-Pawling School. He is admitted to practice in all courts in New York and to the Southern, Eastern and Northern Federal District Courts in New York.

JINEEN C. ESPINOSA
Jineen Cuddy Espinosa, an Associate with the firm, practices in the area of Health Law, Trusts and Estates and Business/Corporate Law. Jineen graduated cum laude from Columbia University in 1989. In 1993, she received a J.D., with distinction, from McGeorge School of Law, where she was also an editor of the Pacific Law Journal. Mariel D. Gil, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation. Mariel graduated from the University of Miami with a B.A. in 2004. In 2007, she received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Mariel is admitted to practice in all New York state courts and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mariel is also admitted to practice in North Carolina. Niles T. Gerry, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, and Criminal Law.
