JOHN A. PORCO
John A. Porco, Senior Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the area of Real Estate and Banking Law. Mr. Porco has practiced law in Putnam County for over 35 years and serves as counsel to a number of banking institutions and commercial developers. He attended Fordham University where he received his B.S.S. in 1959 and his J.D. in 1962. Mr. Porco is admitted to practice in New York. Mr. Porco has served as Assistant District Attorney (1966-1973); Putnam County Attorney (1978-1979); Town Attorney, Town of Kent (1964-1974; 1979-1984); and Special Counsel, Town of Kent (1984-1989). He is a member of the Putnam County and New York State Bar Associations, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and New York State Defender's Association.

DAVID E. DANIELS
David E. Daniels, Managing Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Health Law and Business/Corporate Law. Mr. Daniels serves as counsel to numerous hospitals, physicians, and other business entities. Mr. Daniels graduated from Dartmouth College with an A.B. with distinction in 1979. He graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1982. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Daniels' varied experience as hospital in-house counsel and private practitioner has given him a practical, results-oriented perspective towards the practice of law. He is an active member of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, serving as Chairman of Legislation in 1996 and 1997. Prior to formation of the Health Law Section, he was the legislative chair for the New York State Bar Association Health Law Committee. Mr. Daniels is a member of the American Health Lawyer Association (“AHLA”) and serves as a dispute resolver for AHLA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. He also serves as Town Justice for the Town of Pawling, New York.

ROBERT C. LUSARDI
Robert C. Lusardi, a Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the area of Real Estate and Zoning Litigation, Civil Litigation and Matrimonial Law. He has extensive experience in Real Estate and Zoning Litigation, Environmental Litigation and practice before Planning Boards. Bob attended College of Holy Cross where he received his B.A. in 1975 and Syracuse University where he received his J.D. in 1978. He is admitted to practice in all courts of New York, U.S. District Court and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Bob has served as Assistant District Attorney, Putnam County, New York (1982-1987); Member, Town of Putnam Valley Zoning Board of Appeals (1999-2003); Village Attorney, Village of Nelsonville, New York (1984 to present). He is a member of the Putnam County and New York State Bar Associations.

MICHAEL G. HAYES
Michael G. Hayes, a Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Commercial, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Land Use and Zoning, and Municipal Law. Mike graduated magna cum laude from Iona College, and is a cum laude graduate of the Albany Law School of Union University, where he was also Director of the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, as well as the Federal Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. Before entering private practice in 1997, Mike served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Mike has also been the Town Attorney for the Town of Amenia since 2002

Thomas C. McGregor, a Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the area of Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business/Corporate Law and Health Law. Tom graduated with a B.A. from Villanova University in 1987 and the University of Bridgeport School of Law with a J.D. in 1993. He is admitted to practice in all courts of New York and Connecticut. M. Kathleen Fagan, a Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Health Law and Business/Corporate Law. Kate received her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's University in 1988 and she received a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1995. Kate is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Before joining the firm in 1998, Kate practiced in a litigation law firm where she specialized in employment litigation for management in New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Dutchess County Women's Bar Association.

S. DAVID DEVAPRASAD
S. David Devaprasad, a Partner in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Environmental Law, Petroleum Regulation, Brownfields Development and Litigation. David received a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, College of Engineering and Applied Sciences in 1987. He obtained a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1992, where he was also the recipient of the Peace and Goodwill Trust Scholarship and a Brooklyn Law School Scholarship. David is admitted to practice in the State of New York (1993), and the United States District Courts for the Northern (1995), Eastern (1996), Southern (1996), and Western (2005) Districts of New York. David previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York, in the New York State Department of Law, Office of the Attorney General. While in government service he represented the Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York Environmental Protection and Spill Compensation Fund in numerous petroleum and environmental related matters. In the course of his private practice, David has represented a wide range of individuals, businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Albany County Bar Association.

LAURA A. MCGEACHY
Laura A. McGeachy, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Land Use and Zoning, Telecommunications Law, Real Estate, Family Law and Civil Litigation. Laura graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in 1989 and from Pace University School of Law with a J.D. in 1996. She was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in New York Practice and an International Law Certificate. Laura is admitted to practice in Connecticut (1996) and New York (1997), as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern (1998) and Eastern (1999) Districts of New York. Laura worked for a litigation firm in White Plains, New York and a general practice firm in Stamford, Connecticut before joining this firm. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association. Laura has been Co-Chair of the Fairfield County Bar Association's (f/k/a Regional Bar Association) Women-in-the-Law Committee since 2001. She is also a Justice of the Peace for the City of Stamford, Connecticut (2000).

BRIAN L. BERLANDI
Brian L. Berlandi, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Business/Corporate Law, Real Estate and Banking Law, and Intellectual Property. Brian received his B.A. from Bowdoin College in 1993 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1999, where he was an editor of the Boston College Intellectual Property Law Review. CELESTE M. BAILEY
Celeste M. Bailey, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Commercial, Civil and Criminal Litigation. Celeste graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in 1999. Celeste received a scholarship to Albany Law School and graduated in May, 2003. During law school, she served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association and as a Student Representative on the National Association of Alumni Board of Directors. Celeste is admitted to practice in New York State courts. She has interned with the Albany County District Attorney's Office and an Albany law firm. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association. Celeste is also fluent in Spanish.

CHARLES E. STEWART III ("TERRY")
Charles E. Stewart III ("Terry"), Of Counsel to the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Municipal Law, Land Use and Zoning, Small Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Guardianships and Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Stewart was the Town Attorney for the Town of Pawling, New York from 1986 to 2006. He was a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee from 1996 to 2000 and was a small claims tax hearing officer from 1989 to 1997 handling tax assessment claims. Mr. Stewart graduated from Grove City College with a BA in 1968 and received his master's degree from Western Connecticut University in 1974. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1981. He is a member of the New York State and Dutchess County Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Stewart is the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Dutchess Community College, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Trinity-Pawling School and is on the Board of Directors of the Health Quest Corporate Affiliates. He is admitted to practice in all courts in New York and to the Southern, Eastern and Northern Federal District Courts in New York.

MICHELE N. HAYES
Michele N. Hayes, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Appeals. Michele graduated with a B.A. from New York University in 1993, and with a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. Before joining the firm, Michele was a Principal Court Attorney for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. During her tenure of more than seven years as a Court Attorney, she handled over five hundred appeals encompassing a diverse array of substantive and procedural legal issues. Michele is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois.

ROBERT J. BAROR
Robert J. Baror, an Associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of Health Law and Civil Litigation. Bob graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University in 2001 with a B.A. in government, and received his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006. In law school, Bob served as a staff member on the Cardozo Law Review, where he authored a note on congressional redistricting, and he was a Senator in the Student Bar Association. He has served as an Alexander Fellow for New Jersey Federal District Court Judge William H. Walls and as a law clerk at a national civil litigation and antitrust firm, where he worked on litigation matters arising from the sale of an NFL franchise and alleged RICO violations in the casino industry. Bob is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.
