ience as hospital in-house counsel and as a private practitioner gives him a=
 practical, results-oriented perspective towards the practice of law. As an =
active member of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Associatio=
n, he served as Chairman of Legislation in 1996 and 1997. Prior to the forma=
tion of the Health Law Section, he served as the legislative chair for the N=
ew York State Bar Association Health Law Committee. Also, Mr. Daniels is a m=
