We are pleased to announce that Edward Freer has joined Daniels, Porco, & Lusardi. Ed will focus his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, in addition to estate planning and family law. He graduated from Pace University School of Law in 2002 and is admitted to practice in New York State.
Ed previously worked as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Marist College, where he managed the college’s compliance with all federal and state laws regarding interpersonal violence, sexual assault and sexual harassment, as well as the response to discrimination based upon membership in a protected class. In 2013, Ed retired from the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department in 2013 at the rank of Detective Lieutenant after 21 years of service. He was born and raised in LaGrange, where he currently lives with his wife and daughter.
