Jonathan Bardavid, a partner with the firm, practices primarily in the area of Civil Litigation with a focus on Labor and Employment Law. He received his J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2003 and graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Law in 2000. Jonathan is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. 

Jonathan’s experience includes representing unionized companies in all aspects of the collective bargaining relationship; providing guidance to organization executives and human resource directors on subjects such as compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination laws and how to effectively manage risk and avoid legal and regulatory problems. Jonathan has represented both individuals and employers through all stages of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, in Federal and State Court and before administrative agencies. In addition to employment related litigation, Jonathan also regularly assists clients with corporate and transactional disputes and has significant Federal and State court trial experience.

Jonathan previously worked at several law firms in the New York City metropolitan area and Connecticut as well as in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department as an Assistant Corporation Counsel. He also served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Thomas A. Bishop, Connecticut Appellate Court.
